"Tiger, tiger, burning bright..." In my opinion, the tiger is one of the most beautiful animals on our planet. Unfortunately, tigers are not exactly on top these days. "Over the course of the twentieth century, the world's tiger population fell from roughly 100,000 to about 7000." (Terry Glavin, taken from 'The Lost and Left Behind)

To me this is insane! 100 years and only 7% were left in the wild in 2000! Twelve years later and the numbers are MUCH WORSE. Support the tiger and wear this necklace. I pledge to donate 5 USD of every Tiger Necklace I sell to WWF tiger conservation. http://wwf.panda.org/what_we_do/endangered_species/tigers/save_the_tiger/donate/

This Tiger is handmade from start to finish! It is made from papier mache and was carefully painted with acrylics and varnished with high quality artist's varnish to prevent discolouration.

It measures 6cm at it's widest, is lovely, lightweight and very comfortable to wear.

Paper mache is a great choice for the environment because I use recycled cardboard as a base, covered in recycled newspaper, flour and water. Simple and eco friendly!

There is a choice between brown and black cord, so please write in the message to seller with your choice!

Tiger Necklace - 5 USD of every sale will be donated to WWF Tiger Conservation
