Here is a retro sugar jar/pot.

Made by Tremar Pottery, in a village in Cornwall 2 miles north of Liskeard called....Tremar. In the early 1960s Roger and Doreen Birkett set up Tremar Pottery there. This particular jar was thrown circa 1960 & is very much in the traditional Cornish ware style with natural colours & textures often seen in Cornish ware to reflect the beautiful landscape of Cornwal. The 'Sugar' label has a lovely group of sugar cane's behind the 'S'.
Stamped on the base 'TREMAR UK'.

Superb, no cracks, chips or crazing. Wooden lid has wear from age.

13.5cm/5.5" H

10.5cm/4.5" Diameter
