Introducing Newport, a 1 inch scale Modern Classic dollhouse kit reminiscent of the magnificent 19th century summer "cottage" Chateau Sur Mer.
The architecture was influenced by the 2nd Empire French Chateau with its mansard roof which also maximizes the living and decorating space on the third floor.
The Oval Light Door has a fresh updated look. All windows include interior trim. The staircase scales the center of the house. Many dividers are included so you can create up to 13 rooms.
Check out the bathroom on the third floor. Can you envision an en suite?
Looking for even more room? You can add the optional 2-Story Addition kit to the left or right to create a huge dollhouse mansion (see additional photos). Just imagine the possibilities!

My choice not to bother Seller and pay return shipping. Hard to tell from listing photos what color this would be. It’s a creamy yellow. I was expecting a brighter, lighter yellow. The Peter Rabbit images are not crisp due, I believe, to the heavy texture of the paper. Also, my inattention caused me to not notice ratio of above and below border. Happens to not work as desired in my “room.” This is all in me, not the Seller. Sharing to be helpful to other Buyers.
