In the 1890s, the American illustrator, Charles Dana Gibson, took pen and ink and drew pretty, poised patrician girls who soon became known as the Gibson girls. I personally like the Gibson girl prints for their droll humour. This is a print from the Gibson book, printed in 1907.

This particular print is captioned "Financial predicament. This nobleman cannot recall which heiress accepted him the night before".

The full print is shown in the first photo. Other photos show details from the print.

Some light creasing as shown, but otherwise in very good condition.

There is another print on the back.

This is an original, not a reproduction! Bananastrudel sells only originals.

The print will be sent to you rolled in a tube. Any excess shipping charges over $1 will be refunded via PayPal.

Size: approx 16" x 10.5"
