Bright stripes that play against a background of muted red and white. This 100% cotton fabric was hand woven in the highlands of Guatemala on a treadle loom without the use of electricity. The weaving of fabric is a family tradition in Guatemala. The art of weaving and even the patterns themselves are handed down through the generations. Since the fabric is hand woven, it is about 36 inches wide. This fabric is sold by the yard. If you'd like more than one yard, please convo me and I'll reserve list it for you.
