I love vintage bottles and I also love any type of sea life, so I thought what a perfect combination! It's a permanent sea floral arrangement. This is a set of wonderfully shaped bottles with lots of history. I so enjoy researching the vintage bottles I find. This set of bottles would look fabulous on a side table, mantel or bookshelf.

The tallest bottle with the white and pink polished tiger clam shell is a beautiful shaped bottle and it is embossed on the front with the words LITTLE BO-PEEP AMMONIA. It is also embossed on the bottle with PATENTED DE and what looks like a little anchor. Little Bo Peep (1921) John Puhl Products, Chicago registered 1924, owned by Purex Corp 1948. This bottle is probably dated around 1930-1940. It has some natural residue in it that gives off a pearly affect in the light. I've added some pink sand to this bottle for added beauty. It's also trimmed with silver leaf paint and edged with a shell pink ribbon. I've also tied on a lovely sliced shelled with matching shell pink ribbon.

The next tallest bottle is the bottle with the white knobby starfish. This was a vintage medicine bottle probably dating from the early to mid 1900s. It has the measurements in ounces along the side and cc's on the other side. I have finished off this bottle in the same manner as the others.

The smallest bottle is some sort of soda or condiment bottle. You can tell it was either corked or was sealed with a bottle cap. This bottle has a fabulous piece of small red coral. It acts as a perfect topper to this bottle. This bottle is also finished with pink sand, sliced shell and ribbon.
