This quaint little crock is rustic, homey and extremely practical. Crocks like this were originally made to hold cheese or butter. In my house, we use one to store bacon grease for cooking, but you could use it for loads of things--salt, spices, baking soda or even outside the kitchen for office supplies or to disguise cotton balls.

The stoneware crock is brown with a lid, a red rubber seal and a wire bail to hold it tightly closed. All three pieces are in great condition--no rust, chips or cracks. The bottom of the crock is glazed and has no markings. The rubber gasket is in very good, usable condition.

Size: 3 1/4" diameter x 5" high (to top of lid)
Capacity: 12 ounces
