This is a quaint looking hand forged aluminum pan from the 1940s or 50s.
Research indicates it was probably a "crumb catcher" to gather up the spillover of the dining table. This one was made by Everlast and stamped with a distinctive Anchor symbol and an arm holding a hammer symbol with the number 552 below it.
The lid has a very nice floral design featuring a rose.
Great addition to an Aluminum-ware collection or just a great piece of cottage chic decor.
In very good vintage condition with a few minor scuffs and marks as would be expected.
Measures: 6" diameter pan, 11 1/2" overall length with handle, 2 1/2" tall(15cm X 30cm X 7cm).
