Good Question! This image is from a vintage ad for the Rosicrucian Brotherhood in San Jose California circa 1933. The rosicrucians were a non-religious brotherhood and their goal was "to offer every man and woman the opportunity of a frank study of life's mysteries."

I printed this vintage image onto unbleached cotton muslin and framed it in a hand stained wood embroidery hoop. A length of tea stained twill tape ribbon has been added for hanging.

The Nitty Gritty:
+ Printed on 100% unbleached cotton muslin. White muslin also available - leave a note at checkout
+ framed in 6 inch diameter embroidery hoop stained by hand
+ printed with archival quality inks
