*please note that this is a glass charm from the same time period and has a broken leg so the price reflects this.

coming from my personal collection, all the tiny celluloid charms I have listed are actually from around the 1930's-1940's, made in Occupied Japan, and were hand painted. Each charm has a brass loop and some, depending upon which one you are interested in, have an original string attached. Women would collect these precious celluloid trinkets when out on dates and such from Cracker Jack boxes and vending machines at penny arcades, then wear them on celluloid, metal, and bakelite link bracelets. There were literally hundrends of different kinds that you could get including devils, Cupids, cupie dolls, various birds, elephants, boxing gloves, and more.

Be sure to keep looking back as I will be continually adding more of these charms, and I don't think they will last long since they are pretty rare and in high demand.

ALSO CHECK OUT MY CHARM BRACELETS MADE FROM VINTAGE CHARMS AND OTHER ITEMS, VINTAGE WATCH PARTS, HANDMADE PAPER FLOWER AND BUD VASES, AND OTHER VINTAGE ITEMS I HAVE LISTED!!!!!!
My studio is currently to full, and I am having to make some room. Plus, I don't currently have the time I used too, as I am working more being a music teacher if you can believe there still is such a thing.

Again, If you have any questions please email me.

Sincerely,
tina mcreynolds
