Lovely 1950's English Staffordshire ironstone cream pitcher. Decorated with black transferware image of "Seminary of Sulpician Fathers"-1685, Montreal, Canada, and trimmed in gold. It measures 3 1/8" tall x 3.75" wide. Hallmarked on the bottom is "SANDLAND, Hanley Staffordshire, Made in England". It is in excellent condition with minor wear to the gold trim. All of the language on the pitcher is in French.
