You can print and frame your “digital only” portrait even at home by yourself or can get it done in a local print shop. Furthermore you can upload it to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or just use it as your screensaver.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a custom portrait therefore I do need you to send your pet`s photo. Please feel free to send more photos if you can, and I will be happy to check which one would work the best. You can send them attached to your Etsy message or via email to mpets2017 [at!] gmail.com

What is the difference between “Digital file” and Print options ?
Digital file: You will receive a high resolution image file with the perfect resolution and quality to be printed on canvas, poster, mug, coaster etc. I will send your portrait files only via email and you can print and frame your pet’s portrait at home by yourself or can get it done in a local print shop. You can share it on your social media or just simply use it as your background image on your phone.
Print: You will receive a printed portrait in the size you select from the drop down list and it will be posted to the address you provide. If you can not find the size you are looking for, please contact me. I will try my best to assist you.

HOW TO ORDER
Digital only: Select digital only from the drop-down list.
Prints: Select the size which best suits your home from the drop-down list.
Send your pet(s) image(s) with your custom request. Please follow the “Photo Upload Guide” from the listing images.
I will send you an image of your pet’s portrait for approval. Please make sure you respond as soon as possible. In case of delayed answers I can not guarantee the processing time given below and I can not accept delay related complaints.
Once you approve the proof, based on your selection, I will either email your digital only files or post your print to the address you provide.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Digital file:
After you place your order and I receive your pet`s photo, I will send your portrait for approval within 1-2 business days. Once you approve your pet`s portrait, I will send the portrait files by email within a few hours.

Prints:
After you place your order and I receive your pet`s photo, I will send your portrait for approval within 1-2 business days. Once you approve it, I will get your portrait printed and posted to you. Your print is posted within 3-6 business days from order completion. Please find estimated delivery times below:

UK: 2 - 3 working days
USA: 3 - 5 working days
Canada: 2 - 3 working days
AU/NZ: 2 - 5 working days

Please note that delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Deliveries are likely to be delayed during holiday periods or unexpected situations like a pandemic.

Although I am a UK based artist, you can receive your print from outside of the UK. Depending on demand and size, I use printing partners to reduce processing time and fulfill your order(s). In this case, based on availability, I select from my partners the one which is closest to your delivery address. Depending on your location and where your print is posted from, some delay can occur because of customs inspection.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Digital file:
You will receive your digital portrait in 2 file formats:
∙ PNG
∙ JPEG
If you would like a different format please contact me. If I have your preferred format available, I will include it as well. Normally I set the portrait files ready to be printed in 16x20 inches size. This ratio is also perfect for a 8x10 inches or a 24x30 inches print. If you need a different size please let me know and I will set your digital portrait for your preferred size.

Prints:
You will receive your portrait unframed, printed on a museum-quality thick and durable matte paper. Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.

Paper weight: 5.57 oz/y² (189 g/m²)

Please note: The colour can differ slightly from the one you can see on your screen as different devices display colours with different intensity.

COMPLAINT

Digital file: Complaint
If you have any problems downloading the digital portrait file attached to your email please contact me.

Prints:
Although it is unlikely that your order arrives damaged, incorrect or gets lost in the mail, these things can happen sometimes. Please contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date with a picture attached of the damage/mistake and I will get a replacement in the mail for you!
If you have any other problems regarding your order, please contact me. I am here to help! I will do my best to make the situation right.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS and REFUND

Digital file:
Cancellations are accepted until the full sized file of your portrait is emailed to you. Because of the nature of the product, once your order is emailed to you, I can not accept refund requests.

Prints:
Cancellations are accepted until your order is dispatched. Because of the nature of the product, I can not accept return requests. Once your order is dispatched you can still request a refund. Refund requests are accepted up to 14 days after the order is delivered.

Prints and Digital file:
This print is sold for personal use only. You can post it on your social media however reproduction and publishing rights for all artwork presented and sold here remains with Marvellouspets. No permission is given by Marvellouspets to reproduce any imagery in any form without written permission.
