► Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days.
► All shipments include a tracking # and will be given to you upon shipment. To track your shipped order, visit the tab labeled “Purchases and Reviews” within your Etsy account.
Within this tab, you’ll find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking information.

► If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me right away and together we will work on a resolution which may include replacement or refund.
► If you suspect your package is lost please allow an additional 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date in case your package was delayed before contacting me. If your package has been lost in the mail I will work to find a solution which includes the possibility of replacing the order.
► If your shipment arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the damage. Your purchase includes insurance, so photos are needed in order to assess the damage and file a claim. I will replace any damaged items and cover the shipping costs.

► This shop is not responsible for any customs/duty charges.
► Tracking #s often don't work outside of the United States so once it leaves the country I am no longer able to track it. If your package has not arrived within 6 weeks I will send a replacement but you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
► All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
► Please see individual listings for shipping costs and feel free to message me if you think the shipping cost for your order isn't accurate.
► If your order requires additional postage than quoted and you may be asked to cover those.

Extend the life of your new candle with these tips:
► Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting each time (you're all set for the first burn).
► Each time you burn the candle, liquify the entire top layer of wax to fully release the candle's scent and to ensure an even burn.
► Burn for no longer than 3-4 hours at a time (tea lights can be burned until they extinguish themselves).
► Please burn on a heat-resistant surface, keep out of reach of children and pets, and never leave unattended.

► All candles come gift wrapped and are ready for gift-giving. Gift packaging includes tissue paper and gift box sealed with a sticker that includes the scent name and a brief scent description.
► If you mark this order as a gift at checkout you can leave a message for the gift recipient that will print on the packing slip.
► Packing slips are included with all orders, but no worries if this is a gift, they do not include prices.
