Beautiful bag, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the personalized area is not evenly colored, the last few letters are significantly lighter than the first ones, and the leather scratches hella easy- like I scratched it with my bangles after 2 minutes of wearing it... but it doesn't affect the overall quality. I love the bag itself! It is a great size for someone who has a lot to move- I am able to hold my make-up bag, 2 books, a journal, my knife, a pencil box of markers and things, my sunglass case, and still have room for snacks, and fun city adventure stuff.

The purse is exactly as shown in pictures! Love the Hazelnut color, looks like cognac. It will go with everything I wear and it's very stylish and classy! Love the personalized option too, makes it more personal.
