Floral elephant 'piggy' bank made by Arthur Wood, Staffordshire, England in the 1960s or 1970s. 21cm (8") to tail and 12.5cm (5") wide. With Arthur Wood, England and XM on the base. Lovely kitsch flower-power Dumbo or Babar the Elephant feel.

Fair retro condition, there are no chips but the glaze is crazed and there is deeper crack/craze shown in photo five. She is still beautiful and has her original (but slightly tatty) bung in place.
