This is a more advanced sewing pattern than my 'horse or zebra' also for sale in the shop. This pattern was requested to be converted by mayselou.

WHAT: This is a PDF pattern for the kangaroo toy shown. This listing is not for the actual toy, only the pattern to make it yourself. Included are two printable full-size pages of pattern pieces, a materials list, pictures of the example and a general instruction on how to proceed. Hints and tips are also included for the details that make the finished product better.

HOW: Electronic delivery.

LEVEL: This pattern assumes a general to intermediate knowledge of cutting a pattern, sewing and stuffing a toy. Mother can be done on machine or by hand. The baby is best hand-sewn and is quite small (2.5 inches tall), requiring to be turned with tweezers and stuffed with a crochet hook.

COPYRIGHT: PDF file Marie Lamb 2011, KnitOwl Toys. Not for commercial use. The kangaroo was hand-drawn combining my Velveteen rabbit pattern with a picture of a real kangaroo and has been made in several forms for different people over the past five years.

SIZE: When finished, mama kangaroo is just over 8 inches tall, and baby is 2.5 inches tall. Neither height includes ears.

Enjoy :) ask any questions in conversation or to email address provided with pattern.
