This wonderful vintage piece of unused yardage measures 47.5 inches wide and is 2 yards 17 inches long.
Riverdale manufactured a collection of fabric by artists and advertised them as "Textile art for the masses" and " Paintings by the yard".
This piece of cotton fabric is crisp and unused.
Fabric has a red mark about 2 inches long, see 4th photo. There is also a soiled area. Both of these look like they might wash out.
It has a bright yellow background with modern stylized vases and bottles filled with flowers.
The salvage reads "A Riverdale Fabric The curio Cabinet Created by Doris Lee of Associated American Artists 1952" "A Color Tested Fabric Best Obtainable Vat Dyes Shrunketized"

From a smoke free home.
Thank you for looking, Sue
