This hard to find Haviland 7 1/2" plate is difficult to find. This pattern is one on the rarest Haviland Limoges pieces and most are in private collections or museums. My research tells me it is from the 1890s 1893-1895. This production required a double firing process which made it expensive to make hence the wealthy victorians would be the likely ones to own them. It has gold trim and is in excellent condition with the exception of a very fine line about 1" long. you can ever so slightly feel it but hard to see. You have to be looking for it. Please feel free to ask questions. Thanks
