Sterling Silver
Quetzlcoatl Ring
Nestled deeply into his own plumage, the feathered serpent rejuvenates himself in the sunlight, by winding and coiling around his feathers.
He then peeks up out of the depths of his nesting area for yet another flight.
He rubs his body against the main gemstone featured in this piece- as if preparing to embark on the long journey, from the Morning Star to the Evening Star of Venus; as would befit this regal serpent- symbolically reminiscent of the Aztec God Quetzlcoatl.

Quetzcoatl is the bringer of knowledge, and inventor of books.
As a Creator God, he provided mankind with the first plants of maize (corn).
He and his twin brother, Xolotl, represent the Morning Star, and the Evening Star of Venus, respectively.

In this lovingly handcrafted ring you’ll discover a mythological rendering of Quetzlcoatl, the Feathered Serpent God of Light, Mercy and the Wind. Sterling silver is used to depict both serpent and plumage, sometimes with gold accents, and/or bezel.
Set as the centerpiece is a large gemstone, with surrounding gemstones.
