This is a very lovely, porcelain,Victorian, "Chamber Pot" by Maddocks Lamberton Works. It is not marked but, I am sure of it's maker because I purchased it as a four piece set from a wonderful, 1800's home, estate sale. It was used in the late 1800's as a vessel hold "mid-night waste;)." It is a nicely decorated, green and white transferware pot and piece of history.

It would look beautiful used in a bathroom or your bed and breakfast stuffed with rolled up towels, guest supplies or to keep extra rolls of tissue handy. I use my "chamberpot" to hold my lotions, hairbrushes, and make-up bag and I love it. Another one of my favorite uses is to use it as garden a garden container.

This pot has one, small spider crack, on the bottom, but is otherwise free of damage
measuring 9 1/4" across rim x 5 1/2" tall

***SHIPPING to be determined upon buyer location via UPS ground

******Other pieces matching this piece and the little, nail buffer may still be available in my other listings
