This completely handmade and unique bracer is made of 7-8 oz veg tanned leather dyed with a warm dark-brown, treated with a leather satin acrylic finisher.

The cuff is adorned with the word "Scriptorium" and celtic interlaces.

On the bracer are two holsters:

* One for a wood pen holder with its nib
* One for a bottle of black ink

Both are ideal for lettering, calligraphy, and are included of course !

The bracer measures 9 1/2 " in length external forearm side, (7" internal forearm to allow you flex your elbow) and it fits 6" to 8"1/2 wrist (9"1/2 to 12"1/2 for the middle forearm).

Why Scriptorium ?

[Medieval Latin scrptrium, from Latin scrptus, past participle of scrbere, to write.

A room in a monastery set aside for the copying, writing, or illuminating of manuscripts and records.

This bracer is indeed a mobile scriptorium, following you everywhere you will go.
