Gordo the monster loves to eat things, especially your hands! He has a bright pink pocket mouth with a green zipper, two lovely square teeth, and two big iridescent pink sleepy eyes. He has been made from a dark brown coloured wool sweater,

Gordo sits about 15" tall, 15" wide at the bottom and 10" deep. He makes a great couch monster, as he'd love to eat your TV remote and snuggle up for a movie. He also loves to eat pyjamas!

As Gordo has a pocket mouth, he can nibble your fingers, or you can feed them some monster food. Check out my listings for specially formulated monster food, if you think he might be hungry

All My Friend Monster stuffies are one of a kind and lovingly handmade from upcycled clothing, (in this case, soft wool sweaters). I stuff them with new polyfil and use plastic safety eyes. Although all My Friend Monsters have been handcrafted with care, they are not intended for extremely rough play, humans under 3 or those who still like to eat their toys. Best to keep them away from the family pet as well...your new friend is NOT a chew toy!

Sugar and spice and everyth...well, actually, the monsters are all made from upcycled and repurposed wool sweaters! I procure the sweaters from local thrift stores in the Victoria and Vancouver area. Each sweater is then "felted" before use, which means I wash it in hot water (often multiple times) to shrink it! This turns the sweater into a nice crafting felt which I then sew into monsters. I also use new polyester fibrefill to stuff the monsters, and plastic safety eyes to bring their faces to life!

Unfortunately, I cannot replicate a monster from the past. Each one is a One-Of-A-Kind individual.

Because I don't use patterns when I create the monsters (I design as I sew each one), and I use recycled materials, it is pretty much impossible to replicate a monster I have made in the past.

That being said, I would probably be able to make a new monster for you that is *inspired* by one I have already made.

Great quality monster food! I bought the set of six "wormies" for my two grandsons to each have three pieces to stuff into their small monster zipper cases I had purchased earlier. Such a fun gift! (Thank you, Teri, for the cute extra gift you included--the mini monster ornament is SO CUTE, this Mamaw is keeping him for myself! Lol!)
