Vintage GREEN Imperial Savoy WORKING

Manufactured by the Imperial Camera Company of Chicago, IL in 1956-65, this is a sharp little camera! The Savoy was one of the company’s first 6x6cm plastic cameras. It is a simple box camera that used 620 film (see link for film). Some had an equally simple flash attachment. Created at during the early days of the space race, it featured a “futuristic” satellite symbol on the metal face plate. The real feature was that it came in colors!

This cool little green camera is the envy of all vintage camera collectors. ANYONE with a vintage camera collection has one or wants one! This cute little fellow almost looks like it was designed and made yesterday. It's the perfect gift for a vintage camera collector, photographer, artist or anyone interested in lomography.

It has been gently cleaned, lubed and and prepared for the journey from my home to yours! The camera is in very good condition except for two things pictured here. 1. the strap has some little "bite" marks and 2. the bottom metal piece has some pitting, but nothing major and it is in working condition! Neither of these are enough not to own this camera, and you won't find it at this price!!!
