Antique Vintage Deco Style Framed Print Chicago Worlds Fair:

Chicago World's Fair 1893 World Columbian Exposition page titled "Southward From Mining Building". Copyright 1894 by Poole Bros.

Amazing piece of Chicago and world history ~ especially striking in this black-lacquered wood frame.
Love the patina of the frame with the gold beneath showing through the black!
The print itself is astonishing - beautifully colored in grayed blues, reds, and whites. (more subdued as in the first photo - not as bright as the third photo).

Print in good condition. Small fold in bottom right corner by copyright. Frame has obvious chipping black paint and some also on or beneath the glass. Amateur framing with masking tape back and marked.

12.5" x 15.5" with saw tooth hanger, ready to display and enjoy.

Fabulous historical decor piece ~ perfect colors for today's interiors!
