This vintage Acapulco print trivet is in great vintage condition, the print is very vivid. It is a tile, fitted in a gold-colour stand, which is also in great condition. The only thing that is bothering me is the non-removable marker on the back (picture 3). I tried to remove it but did not succeed. The print features birds, flowers and plants.

The tile measures 5 cm to each side.

The Acapulco print is designed in 1967 by Christine Reuter and has brightly colored flowers, birds and imaginary plants in orange, blue, green and cyaan. Very eclectic, very 60s / 70s.

I have see many of these items with a faded print from using the dishwasher, do not put these in the dishwasher!

*** Interesting Detail ***
In the 60s/70s Acapulco was slang for 'good weed'. Now look at the design again.
