Like a bright red comet streaking across the night sky - comes this amazing piece of English sea glass - now permanently encircled in a sheath of pure silver.

Sometimes referred to as an English multi, this piece of sea glass is from Seaham, England, a small town on the Durham coast known for the unusual pieces of multicolored "end of day" glass that wash up on its pebbled beaches.

I've wrapped this sizable piece of glass in a bezel of pure silver that has been side-mounted on a heavy band of patterned and oxidized sterling silver. The pure silver bezel forms itself to the contours and irregularities of the sea glass and sits very low and comfortably on the finger. The back has been left open, allowing light to pass through the glass and adding to its simple and organic beauty.

Big, bold and VERY beautiful!

THE GLASS: All my glass is naturally surf-tumbled and is not altered in any way. This piece of glass has one small air bubble on the surface, but does not detract for its natural beauty!

-The sea glass measures 1/2" wide x 5/8" long.
-Patterned sterling band is 2.5mm wide.

Ring size: 8-1/2

THE PACKAGING: Your ring will be packed in a white leatherette ring box, along with a card that describes the sea glass process and tells where this specific piece of sea glass originated.
