Aunt Sammy's Radio Recipes Revised 1931.....it seems that back in the 1920s-1940s, our famous national figure Uncle Sam had a wife named Aunt Sammy and she was on a nationwide radio telecast regularly to help homemakers with recipes and their tasks in the kitchen. This is a copy of the 1931 edition of her cookbook (actually put out by the US Dept of Agriculture). It is a softcover book with green cover, stapled, 142 pages. In wonderful vintage condition with normal aging, It is stamped on the front cover "From Your Congressman Michael J. Kirwan" who was from Ohio. Absolutely delightful cookbook find filled with great recipes from that era,
