This linen postcard would be perfect as decoration, to send to someone, scrapbooking and other art projects. It is either from the 1950s or earlier. I can find cards taht are very similar dated from the 1920s and the 1950s.

The card is in good condition with some wear. The back of the card has some staining around the edges. The card is not used, stamped or postmarked.

Grapefruit actually originated from at least two other fruits cross pollinating and is a hybrid. There's a myth that it was done by man, but most likely it was a happy, natural accident.

Grapefruit is being investigated for possible use alongside cancer medications. It also may indirectly be involved in the maturing of hormone related cancers. Quite the complicated fruit!

My father-in-law has a grapefruit tree. Nothing like fresh squeezed grape fruit juice, right from your backyard!

I started collecting vintage postcards and stamps a couple of years ago. I hope you love them as much as I do! My cards and stamps can be used for collecting, sending, scrapbooking, making jewelry, book covers, paintings and many other different types of art projects.

Each order comes with a bonus random card or stamp from my collection.

Unknown Decade Vintage Linen Postcard: Grapefruit and Blossoms, Florida. 1950s or before.
