Blast from the past.... These boxing kangaroo's were popular in the 50's for men to use on their dresser to keep odds and ends handy and organized. Made to hold wallets, rings, watches and change. I hear this little black, gray and white guy's brown twin even landed a spot in Pulp Fiction as Bruce Willis's personal valet :-)

Made by McCoy for Swank, it is marked Fine Art Ent. Inc. 1956 USA. It measures 7 3/4 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and 5 inches deep. There are no chips or cracks, but some overall crazing, which is typical of vintage glazed items.

Get creative and use him for any number of "upcycled" purposes, or allow him to handle his favorite job, being a personal valet for daily items.
