Original watercolour painting, "Dawn at Bodiam". S stone castle rises through the morning mist from its surrounding moat, muted through the dew on the crisp cool air. With gentle muted sandy bricks, and soft blues and greens in the sky and water.

Painted on watercolour paper, the painting comes unframed and unmounted, for you to display as you wish. There is one of this painting available as it is the original (prints of this painting are also available in the Prints, Cards and Totes section of my Etsy store). Please see photos for details of the edge of the painting, where a small amount of paint seeped underneath the tape border during painting.

The painting measures 28cm wide x 38 cm tall.

The painting is signed in the bottom right corner with my maiden name, Zena Johnson, as these were painted when I was around 13 years old.
