This vintage pair of tiki-style candle holders is made of a rich, dark wood with some warm reddish tones and blacked iron. The wood is carved with abstract, simple circles, ovals and almond shapes. The wood is solid and sturdy. The style is classic 1970s and a simple one for a Hawaiian and tiki design, which would fit in with a retro or current decor.

They are made for taper candles, and would accommodate a candle base of up to 1 1/2 inches. The candles slide onto the metal prong in the center of each candle holder for a secure hold.

The set is in very good vintage condition. I have cleaned of the remnants of wax, though some may remain, and I have treated the wood with Chef'sPlanet Wood Moisturizing Creme, which brings out the natural wood tones.

Measurements:
Height: 6 inches
Diameter of candle holder: 1/2 inches
Diameter of base: 3 inches
