This is an awesome camera that I have cleaned up and modified. It is in good working condition. I have tested it with color FP-100C Film.

I have cleaned up the camera itself with rubbing alcohol and a whole lot of Q-tips and cotton balls. This camera is in good condition, but there is some small bit of rusting on the inside. I have inspected and cleaned slider bar and moving parts in the camera. I have cleaned out the battery compartment and have added two fresh AA batteries that control both the shutter and the flash cubes. I have gone out and taken some photos with this camera and they are amazing! You can see in the last picture a Polaroid of my bookcase.

*****This camera does work, but you have to press the shutter down very fast and a little forcefully. Otherwise the shutter will only part way open giving you black images. Be sure to rapidly press the shutter and you will have good pics. Due to this small defect the camera is a little cheaper than the price I usually list this model at. ******

I have included a set of Flash Cubes to use with the camera. They are a set of 3 cubes, that have 4 flashes each for a total of 12. They are single use as in after they are used to flash you can't use them again. They are made by Sylvania.

Camera Includes:
Batteries - 2 x AA
Pack of 3 Flash Cubes
Cold Clip (black strip has fallen off)

I am currently offering a pack of film that can be used with this camera right away. It is FP-100C color film by Fujifilm. If you order both this camera and film the shipping will be dropped from the film. I will refund you the $5 for shipping once you have purchased both items. You will only have to pay for the shipping of the camera.

Camera History:

Initially produced in 1969, the Colorpack 2 was the first rigid, plastic bodied, colour film capable Polaroid to retail at consumer range prices, and set a precedent for many, many similar models that followed. The Colorpack is designed only for 100 series packfilm.
Focusing is carried out by turning the distance-marked front lens element; unlike the original Polaroid 100-400 series packfilm cameras, this series features no rangefinder mechanism. As an improvement over the original folding series however, there is no need to cock the shutter after each exposure. The Colorpack 2 also takes generic 'blue dot' flashcubes, with a wind-up hot shoe and small plastic diffuser set to one side of the lens.

Early versions of this model featured a glass lens, but most were plastic.

Film type: Peel-apart 100-Series Land Pack Films (discontinued) or Fujifilm FP-100C (still manufactured).
Lens: 114mm, f/9.2 3-element coated glass or uncoated plastic.
Shutter: Electronic; range about 10s-1/500s
Automatic exposure system similar to the folding pack cameras.
Accepts flashcubes such as Phillips PFC 4 which automatically rotate after each exposure
ISO 75 for colour prints, 3000 for black and white.
Settings for 75 and 3000 speed films. (fixed aperture for each)
Manual focus from 3 feet to infinity.
Viewfinder contains a red square to show where the head in a portrait at 5 feet should appear.
Has metal "spreader bars" instead of rollers.
Body is dark brown-green in colour, with usually a cyan stripe on the front.
Neck strap.
Cold clip.
Shutter requires two standard 1.5V AA batteries.

Pack Film for this camera is made by Fuji and can be bought on Amazon.com and other camera specialty stores. You can buy film in black and white as well as color.

You can also find film from the Impossible Project which has different colored hues, but is a little more pricey.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

**** All of my "film tested" cameras are tested with actual film, and not an empty film cartridge to see if it powers up and goes through the motions. I am making sure that everything works (shutter, mechanics, spreader bars, etc.. ), and that the pictures come out and are able to develop. Film is not cheap so that is why the cameras are a little more expensive than some other shops. I am giving you the peace of mind that the camera is definitely going to work when you put unused film in it! ***
