Description

***ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This scarf has a unique combination of colors and textures. This scarf is glows with blues, greens, reds, yellows, oranges, purples—pretty much all the colors of the rainbow, all intermingled with a deep teal. It contains angora, merino wool, acrylic, rayon, polyester, nylon, polyamide, and a combination of shiny ribbon yarn, and furry, matte, smooth, bumpy and fuzzy novelty yarn. The colors remind me of a riot of spring flowers! My daughter loves this scarf pattern because the scarves are so squeezable and cushy. This scarf is reversible, so it doesn't matter which side is up.

***MY INSPIRATION:
I was inspired to try using multiple yarns stranded together to make a thick, ribbed scarf after reading an article in a magazine. I designed this scarf while playing with multiple yarns held together. Pictures probably won't do these scarves justice, because what makes them special is the interplay of colors, textures, and sheen.

***DIMENSIONS:
About 50 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide (6 3/4 inches at widest point of flare); one flared edge is slightly wider than the other.

***WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in cool water; dry flat.
