Please include all personalization when relevant. This includes names, dates, or other details required. Don't forget to double-check all spelling (we will spell things as you do) and note that we will print dates in the style you send to us (ie May 1, 2018 vs 05/1/18).

If you forget to add your customization, we will try to reach out to you, however we cannot guarantee this.

We only use premium materials and supplies, and use natural and organic ingredients in our homemade products and craft kits. Please note that we are not responsible for any product mis-use.

All products are handmade and therefore may be slightly inconsistent from the images you see pictured. For example, crayons vary in thickness, printing & wrapping may vary slightly due to custom nature, etc.

We do our best to minimize our environmental impact -- we do so by reducing & reusing packaging materials, removing unnecessary plastic, and using natural and organic materials whenever possible.

We ship via USPS, and are not liable for any post issues once USPS is in receipt of your package. If your items are time-sensitive, we recommend you add priority mail. Please double-check the address on your order before purchase. All orders are shipped to the address provided in your order unless we’ve explicitly confirmed a new address.
