This postcard would be perfect as decoration, to send to someone, scrapbooking and other art projects.

The card is in excellent condition with minimal wear. It is not used, stamped or postmarked.

Admiral Anne Hilarion de Costentin, comte de Tourville, is considered a French National Hero. He was a French Naval commander, later Marshal of France. He fought in many battles for France against the English and the Dutch and won at terrific odds.

The first Marshal of France was in the 12th century. It used to be a military rank, but it is now bestowed as a military honor.

I started collecting vintage postcards and stamps a couple of years ago. I hope you love them as much as I do! My cards and stamps can be used for collecting, sending, scrapbooking, making jewelry, book covers, paintings and many other different types of art projects.

Each order comes with a bonus random card or stamp from my collection.
