In this tutorial you’ll learn how to make a pair of beaded vanda orchid earrings with crystal bicones, freshwater pearls and seed beads. Beading is made easy with these step-by-step instructions and full color illustrations.

These feminine, button-sized blossoms bloom boldly in a delightful blueish purple. Vandas are famed for their showy colors and long lasting attributes. In my country, one hybrid is also my national flower.

This floral motif is an awesome connubial of bicones and freshwater pearls. The three contrasting burgundy freshwater pearls featured on each earring add elegance and mystique to the entire ensemble. Top-drilled teardrop glass beads are good alternatives to the pearls. To keep the pair light to wear, each diamond shape measures merely close to a 2-cm square.

It is my greatest honor to have these lovely earrings included in the following treasury, please enjoy!
