Yes! You can cancel your order within 2 hours after the order is placed. We take pride shipping our orders as quickly as possible so that's the reason we allow a 2-hour window for cancellations.

Due to the nature of personal products, we are unable to issue any refund or exchange unless product is defective or damaged. We do understand each situation is different and we will try to accommodate as much as possible. Please note that if we accept any return or exchange, we will be unable to refund any shipping costs. All product refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned shipment. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns and exchanges.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders shipping outside of the US territory.

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days and use USPS for all our shipments. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
