"Fat Pears and Blushing Peaches" is a 6 color reductive linoleum print. The image is taken from a scene in James Joyce's novel "Ulysees". Molly Bloom's paramour, Blazes Boylan is inside Thornton's Greengrocer selecting items to fill a wicker hamper to be sent to Molly. Blazes shamelessly flirts with the girl behind the counter while outside men wearing sandwich boards bearing the letters H.E.L.Y.S. file by.
The print is 20" X 28", printed with oil based Daniel Smith inks onto a 22" X 30" sheet of acid free Magnani Revere Silk bisque paper.
