On non-customized or custom made items, we take 1 or 2 days to ship.
On custom orders, 1 or 2 days on key chains and on boxes or signs we can take 3 to 5 days to ship, on each item you have the estimated delivery date.

If you need your item by a certain date, please place your order well in advance.
It's important to verify before placing your order that your mailing address is correct, if the package is returned for an incorrect address, or you do not pick it up from the post office after being absent and a pick up notice has been left for you. We will only refund the money for the product and NOT the shipping costs if the package is returned and you do not want to pay for the new shipping again.
On customized items we will not refund money, it will be reshipped upon payment of shipping.

In the event that the package does not arrive and there is confirmation from Correos España that it has been lost, we will refund the full amount of the purchase or replace it with another one (as long as we have it in stock) at the customer's request.

If you live in Spain, your package will be delivered by Correos.
In shipments to other countries, your national postal operator will be in charge of the delivery.

Most of our items (except boxes) are only treated with olive oil to moisturize them, so the only care is to give them a little bit of vegetable oil to moisturize the wood.
We do not use dyes, varnishes or waxes on juniper and sabina woods.
We do not use them because these woods have a very pleasant aroma and they would mask this aroma.
The application of oil makes them look very natural and beautiful.
