This elegant, mid-century modernist teapot was created for Johann Haviland Bavaria by a prominent Swedish industrial designer Sigvard Bernadotte, who among many other wonderful items designed the iconic Margrethe bowl for Rosti. This china teapot has a sophisticated, minimalist form, a very stylish lid, and is finished in glossy pure white.

Barely used, in excellent condition. Marked on the bottom "Johann Haviland / Bavaria Germany / Design Sigvard Bernadotte".

Dimensions: 6" tall x 8" wide x 6" deep.
