This postcard would be perfect as decoration, to send to someone, scrapbooking and other art projects.

The card is in good condition with some wear. It is not used, stamped or postmarked. It is either from the 1900s, or 1910s. I put it in the later decade to be safe. This card is smaller and a little different picturewise than my other listing here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/101188219/1910s-vintage-postcard-sailors-visting, though at first glance they look pretty identical.

The Panama Canal was finished being built in 1914 and has been owned by Columbia, France, the United States and now finally Panama, in 1999. Building the Panama Canal was a construction nightmare, taking many lives do to disease and accidents, though when finished, was an engineering marvel. It is now being worked on again to add more locks and channels.

I started collecting vintage postcards and stamps a couple of years ago. I hope you love them as much as I do! My cards and stamps can be used for collecting, sending, scrapbooking, making jewelry, book covers, paintings and many other different types of art projects.

Each order comes with a bonus random card or stamp from my collection.
