Please order these if you want someone that has no idea how to spell July (and was sent 7/29) and doesn’t realize a phone number has 10 digits. When asked for a reprint I was given a 25% discount on an item I already spent $50. Terrible response time and customer service.

Please be aware that Mallory Hope Design does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All computer monitors display images in RGB format (calibrated differently) and all Mallory Hope Design printing is done in CMYK format, so slight color variation from your computer screen to print may occur.

Shipping policies

We ship orders to the address given in your Etsy purchase. Please make sure it is correct, we do not always cross reference your Etsy address with your Paypal address. If you'd like your order shipped to a different address, for example as a gift, please leave a note to seller upon checkout.

Digital proofs will be sent within 2 business days. Once approved, your order will be printed within 4-6 days. Please add an additional 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. During the holidays and busier times of the year, it may take an additional 2 days to receive your order. Every effort will be made to complete and deliver your designs as soon as possible.

Mallory Hope Design WILL NOT be held responsible for orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays. Items lost or damaged in transit: Once order is placed in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS, UPS or FedEx. Mallory Hope Design does not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If USPS, UPS or FedEx damages it, or loses it; Mallory Hope Design is not liable for the loss.

Additional policies

Our Proofing Policy: As a custom design business, we want our customers to be 100% happy their order before going to print. However, all custom design orders are limited to three proofs. Should additional proofs be required for an order beyond the first three, a $15 fee will be charged for each additional proof.

Printable Designs Policy: Once a digital/printable order has been approved and delivered to the customers email, no more editing/customization by Mallory Hope Design will occur. Should the customer decide that they would like additional customization to their order, they will have to repurchase the item at the purchase price.

IMPORTANT NOTE: all orders with proofs that are not approved within 60 days of purchase will be forfeited.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE ORDERING PROCESS?
All orders include personalization of wording and colors, three rounds of electronic proofs for wording and color changes (the first round based on your submitted personalization, and two subsequent rounds for revisions), and the finished printed stationery. WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?

HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTOGRAPH?
If you purchase a design with a a photography, please email photos to malloryhope@gmail.com. Please make sure the photograph is high resolution (recommended resolution is 300 DPI). Mallory Hope Design will not photoshop your image so please make sure it's the final image that you'd like to use in the design purchased.

DO I NEED TO FORMAT MY WORDING?
No, definitely not! Simply enter your wording in the personalization space and we will take care of all the design and layout. Our professional designers will make adjustments if necessary in order to provide the best look possible for your specific wording and personalization.

WILL MY STATIONERY MATCH THE COLORS I SEE ON MY SCREEN?
Because all monitors display color differently, your printed stationery may not match what you see on your screen. If you are concerned about colors, we highly recommend ordering a sample set, which includes a copy of our printed color chart with swatches of all of our ink options.

CAN SAMPLES BE CUSTOMIZED?
All of our samples are pre-printed with example wording in the colors shown and cannot be customized. A color chart of all of our available ink options is included so you can see them in person and choose what you like best for your actual invitations.

Should you place a full order with us, digital proofs in your colors and wording will be sent by email for your review prior to printing. Two rounds of complimentary proofs are included should you need wording or color changes after seeing the initial design.

CAN I CHANGE DESIGNS DURING THE PROOFING PROCESS?
Our proofing process includes 3 complimentary rounds of proofs for wording, layout and color changes for the design chosen at the time of ordering. If for some reason you are unhappy with the proofs, we are happy to do one complimentary design switch during the proofing process. The design switch will use one full round of proofs. Due to the amount of time and work involved, additional design switches will be subject to a $15 design fee.

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED WITH STATIONERY?
Yes. Matching blank envelopes are included in the price of wedding invitations, response cards, flat Save the Dates, magnet Save the Dates, party invitations, birth announcements and thank you cards. Envelopes do not come with postcard Save the Dates.

DO THE INVITATIONS ARRIVE ASSEMBLED?
No. Wedding invitations, save the dates, thank you cards and menus ship flat. Assembly is very straightforward and is as simple as stacking your included cards and securing them with the invitation belly bands and a small piece of double-sided tap or adhesive.

WHERE IS YOUR STATIONERY MADE?
All of our products are proudly manufactured and printed in the USA!

Because all monitors display color differently, your printed stationery may not match what you see on your screen. If you are concerned about colors, we highly recommend ordering a sample set, which includes a copy of our printed color chart with swatches of all of our ink options.

CAN SAMPLES BE CUSTOMIZED?
All of our samples are pre-printed with example wording in the colors shown and cannot be customized. A color chart of all of our available ink options is included so you can see them in person and choose what you like best for your actual invitations.

Should you place a full order with us, digital proofs in your colors and wording will be sent by email for your review prior to printing. Two rounds of complimentary proofs are included should you need wording or color changes after seeing the initial design.

CAN I CHANGE DESIGNS DURING THE PROOFING PROCESS?
Our proofing process includes 3 complimentary rounds of proofs for wording, layout and color changes for the design chosen at the time of ordering. If for some reason you are unhappy with the proofs, we are happy to do one complimentary design switch during the proofing process. The design switch will use one full round of proofs. Due to the amount of time and work involved, additional design switches will be subject to a $15 design fee.

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED WITH STATIONERY?
Yes. Matching blank envelopes are included in the price of wedding invitations, response cards, flat Save the Dates, magnet Save the Dates, party invitations, birth announcements and thank you cards. Envelopes do not come with postcard Save the Dates.

DO THE INVITATIONS ARRIVE ASSEMBLED?
No. Wedding invitations, save the dates, thank you cards and menus ship flat. Assembly is very straightforward and is as simple as stacking your included cards and securing them with the invitation belly bands and a small piece of double-sided tap or adhesive.
