Origami cranes are an international symbol of peace.

This is an order for 3 garlands - Reserved for Julie.

This is an elegant garland featuring 10 cranes made from high grade washi paper. The paper is printed with traditional Japanese patterns in soft pastel colors of green, pink, yellow, purple, light blue, red and gold. The garland is strung on beige thread and each crane sits on a yellow stone bead. The garland is weighted by a light green ceramic bead and a brown glass bead. Each crane is about 5" from wing to wing. The garland hangs 6' feet and 6" inches.

Washi is a thick style of paper originally made in Japan. The paper is usually produced in the winter and involves cold water being poured over the fibers over a period of time. The cold water makes the fibers contract and this gives the paper a crisp quality. The paper is heavier than most origami paper and is used in traditional Japaness arts.

**This is a limited edition garland due to this papers' rare availability**
