A perfectly coordinated ensemble needs perfectly coordinated accessories, like these 1950s stiletto heel pumps and handbag in deep eggplant purple. Believe it or not, they are by different makers and were not originally sold as a set, but they match perfectly, right down to the leather band trim on both.

The shoes are suede and leather, hand made by Puccini. They have 3.5” heels, super pointy toes, and are a size 7. I am a size 6.5 and they are slightly large on me, so the sizing seems accurate. They measure about 11.25” along the bottoms of the soles and 3” across the widest part of the sole bottom. (Please compare these measurements to a pair of your own shoes before purchasing, since returns are not accepted for fit issues unless I misstate the dimensions.) They are in very good vintage condition, with normal wear to the insides and bottoms. The suede is in very good shape, with one very small shiny spot on the heel of the left shoe (it’s on the right side, so it’s on the “inside,” by which I mean next to the other foot, when the shoes are worn). On close inspection you can see some minor variations in the color, as is common with suede. The photos show this quite accurately, so if you’re ok with how they look in the photos, you’ll love how they look in person.

The bag is likewise suede with a leather band on one side. It has a short suede handle and a golden brass tone metal frame. There are studs on the oval bottom to prevent wear. The inside is lined in black satin and there’s an open pocket lined in gold satin with a smaller pouch pocket on top. The bag is signed “Pretty.” It measures 7.25” tall without handle, 12.5” with handle, 11” wide at the widest point, and 3.5” deep. It’s in very good vintage condition with light wear (negligible) to the metal frame and a couple of very small, very minor scuffs on the suede, visible as two slightly lighter spots in the photo of the purse front.

I can send more pictures of the shoes and/or bag on request.
