This one is such a stunner! This vintage dress was made by 'Malcolm Starr' circa 1961-1963. It is made out of the most amazing shimmery flocked metallic gold lame. It's hard to tell from the pictures but the lame has an actual mottled dotty print to it in lighter/darker shades of gold. Both the bodice and skirt are bias cut. It has a built in tie belt and is fully lined in champagne beige silk. The center front cowl of the bodice has a sewn in weight to help keep the drape of the neckline. It zips down the back with a metal zipper. There is a second tag inside that says 'B. Altman and Co 5th Avenue New York'. This would have been a pricey dress in its day.

CONDITION: Great! This one is near mint. There are no holes, stains or tears to be found.

SIZE: Large. Bust measures 38", waist 29", hips up to 50". Length from shoulder to hem is 42".
