Not sure if this is a mail order pattern, possibly a New York Pattern.
Mid 1930s

Junior's and Misses' Blouse
Blouse A is pressed in plaits, front and back, has high neck finished with an attached two-piece collar. Blouse is slashed from neck at center-front (under collar), edge of slashed opening bound and finished to close. Long set-in sleeves are gathered into wristbands and finished with turned-back cuffs. Blouse B has long or short sleeves that are cut in one with yolks. The blouse is slashed and closed at neck front.

Unprinted, factory cut, complete with instruction sheet. Envelope has some splits around edges and pattern pieces has some foxing/stains and writing in pencil.
