Our badge reels are sourced from a high-quality provider and tested before shipping. While issues are uncommon, normal wear and occasional malfunctions can happen. If your reel mechanism breaks within 3 months of the delivery date (based on USPS tracking), please message the shop with a photo of the damaged reel to request a replacement. To process your request, clear, unobstructed photos are required. Please include images of the full item and the issue, taken in good lighting without filters, with the reel placed on a flat surface and hands out of the frame. These photos help us verify the problem and handle replacements quickly. Requests without clear images may not qualify for a free replacement.

Etsy's Estimated Shipping Date Ranges

USPS shipping times can sometimes be unpredictable. Once your order is in their hands, I don’t have control over how quickly it moves or how often tracking updates. I also see the same tracking information you do and don’t have any additional insight beyond what’s shown there. Delivery dates on Etsy are estimates only and aren’t guaranteed by sellers, Etsy, or USPS. Please note that STS orders have a production time of 5 business days before shipping. I understand how frustrating delays can be, but I’m unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are still in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

All orders ship via USPS and include up to $100 in insurance. Once your package is accepted by USPS, they are responsible for delivery. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office right away. USPS tracking includes GPS data, and your post office can often pinpoint where the package was left. We also recommend checking with neighbors or your building management if you live in an apartment, as misdeliveries are fairly common and often resolved this way. Please note: I do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS.

Processing Time for Your Order

STS is a full-time business, making and shipping 100's of badge reels every day. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be created before it is shipped. Weekends and holidays are not included. Need your item sooner? Rush Processing is available for an additional fee and will place your order at the front of the production queue. Please reach out via Etsy messages for a link to purchase the Rush My Order option. During the holiday season, processing times may be extended. Please order early to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of my products are made to order based on your selected options. Because each item is custom made, all sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges

Shipping & Address Policies

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Once a purchase is made, I am unable to update the address, as this would void eligibility for Etsy's Purchase Protection Program. If an incorrect address is provided, your order will be canceled and refunded. You are welcome to place a new order using the correct shipping information. Returned to Sender If your package is returned to me due to an undeliverable address, you have the option to purchase a new shipping label to have it resent. If you'd prefer not to have it re-shipped, I’m happy to issue a refund for the cost of the item once you reach out. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Combined shipping is available by request only. Please contact me through Etsy Messages before placing multiple orders. If I am not contacted in advance, any orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

I’ll gladly take care of it! Note: The brown display tags shown in our main product photos are not included with your order or available as part of gift wrapping. They are used solely to help illustrate the size of the embroidered toppers.

2026 Custom Order Policy

Custom Job Title Toppers are currently open and offered in two styles: Style 1: Rectangle shape with a black script top line and a multi-pastel block lettering bottom line. Style 2: Circle shape with the full job title in black along the outer edge with two hearts, and a centered job title abbreviation in your color choice. Examples can be found in the Job Title category, search “physical therapy” to view samples. If you’re interested, please contact the shop directly to discuss design mockups and production timelines. Due to a high volume of daily orders, all other custom requests (including color changes) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out with your ideas, I’m happy to help.
