These unusual, two sided store price tags with "price ceilings" are from WWII. A price ceiling was a government-imposed limit on the price charged for a product. Governments intended to protect consumers from conditions that could make necessary commodities unattainable. Perfect for collectors, scrapbooking, collage, or to use as unique table place cards, the card stock tags are just over 1 x 1 1/2 inches (30x38mm) and the listing is for 20 assorted numbers.
