we don't really dress like this in the Southwest, unless we're attending a fiesta, parade or just like to have fun. this skirt is fun!
it's a textured cotton ,looks handmade, and has a giant native figure appliqued along one side.
I know that figure has a name and tribe, I don't honestly know and don't want to insult anyone. answers are welcomed!
the waist of the skirt is 32 inches around, the skirt measures 29 inches long from waist to hem. It's cut in a large circle, so if it fits your waist, your hips will more than likely fit, too.
The cute blouse is also available here, https://www.etsy.com/listing/101548011/vintage-blouse-fiesta-southwest-white
