I am pretty sure that half of all feminine bedroom sets in the mid 80s were sold under the color "Dusty Rose." At least the Sears and JC Penney's catalogs seemed to be full of comforters, wallcoverings, sheets, dust ruffles, pillows, plush carpets...all in this color scheme. I'm nothing if not nostalgic, and Dusty Rose still looks beautiful to me. Victorian...sweet and a bit dark. Shades of rose, petal pink sage, moss, mahogany, ivory, and more.

Handpainted on three ply commercially spun fingerling/ sock yarn, 75% Superwash Colonial Wool/25% Nylon, approximately 380 yards, 100 grams, wonderfully soft with a nice luster, Suggested needle size 2-5, fingerling/light sport sock yarn. Good drape with suggestion of a light halo, wears well, great for socks or lace shawls. Needle size 0-3.

Handpainted sock yarn, fingerling yarn, Superwash Wool and Nylon yarn, 100 grams-DUSTY ROSE
